This is the front of the unit. It is a 3 level layout. With the Master bedroom, the second bedroom and the bath upstairs. The living room and kitchen on the main floor. Another finished room and a back room with washer/dryer and lots of storage space in the basement. This unit is in a great location, at the quiet end of the complex. Lots of parking. Surrounded by the beautiful botanical gardens all around.

The main floor has the family room and kitchen. The family room is very spacious.  

We like to play Kinect games, and there is plenty of space to play if we move the ottoman to the side.

Here is the kitchen, the family room is on the other side of the stairs.

The kitchen has newer tile flooring that extends to the entry way. There is a rolling dishwasher (many units don't have dishwashers). The stove and the fridge are new, they were just replaced in 2011.

Since the unit faces east there is lots of natural light. The kitchen has a sliding door and screen 

door that walks out to the patio area

The bathroom has new paint and flooring (just done 6 months ago).

It has lots of space to hang towels and lots of storage under the sink,

 as well as in a large linen closet in the hallway.

The second bedroom which we used for a study is also very large and has a big walk-in closet.
